Returns & Refunds Policy

In-Store Purchases Only

All purchases made at Brickhouse Toys & Comics, LLC are in-store only. This policy applies exclusively to items purchased at our physical retail location.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligible Returns or Exchanges:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as purchased.
Must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Exchange Only – No Cash Refunds:

We offer store credit, cash refunds, card refunds or exchanges.
In the event cash is not available, a check will be issued.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened trading card game products (booster packs, boxes, etc.)
Comic books
Clearance items
Pre-owned items (unless defective at time of purchase)
Special orders or pre-orders
Gift cards

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item is defective due to a manufacturing error (sealed products only), we may offer an exchange for the same item if available.
Damaged packaging does not qualify unless the item itself is damaged or defective.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

Please bring the item(s) along with your original receipt back to:
